This place exudes a sophisticated and nostalgic ambiance. It’s an ideal spot to immerse yourself in colonial era history and explore the cultural influences that have shaped Hong Kong cuisine.

We’re very happy we found this place. The food tasted delicious and we would definitely come back to try main dishes too (we had breakfast). It definitely has strong vintage vibes and it’s pleasant just to sit there and enjoy food , butterfly pea tea and a creampuff cake. Creampuff cake was something to die for!

Loves this place with vintage and old style design. It located at corner and hidden that can enjoy the quiet moment especially on weekdays. Staffs are friendly and helping to take order. Foods are average and with reasonable price. I would visit again to try their lunch

The place was very quaint yet comfortable, and the staff were very kind. My dining experience here was very enjoyable, it’s definitely worth patronising. The bread is highly recommended. It tastes freshly made; Crispy and toasted on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. There are several ways to have your bread - with curry, with kaya and butter, as french toast, etc - so whether you crave for something savoury or sweet, there will be something for you. We tried the Morning Toastie Set which came with toast, chicken sausage, hash brown, eggs (cooked your way) and pineapple salsa. The pineapple salsa was really good, and added a nice amount of acidity to the dish. The hash brown could be likened to that from Macdonald, and the sausage is the type that probably has some suspicious animal parts in it. Overall enjoyable. The cream puff was delicious, and a good size too. The choux was slightly crispy, and the cream inside was very rich and decadent. We even enjoyed the durian flavoured one despite not being big fans of durian. The glutinous rice was nice, not being overly mushy. It was presented with a flower on top, which I appreciated. The Tom Yum Bee Hoon tasted strongly of Tom Yum, and was pretty spicy. So if that is something you like, go for this dish. The dish was topped with some tau kee and prawn. The fluffy omelette is recommended for children. The dish was hearty in size and, indeed, fluffy. The coffee was good, the tea was alright and so was the cham. The food was the standout for me.

Visited this place with another friend on Friday morning for an early brunch, the atmosphere was great! Very cosy, quiet, and comfortable. Service also fast and good! Ordered the following: - Mutton Soup Kway Teow - Hainanese Kaya Toasts - Hainanese Chicken Cutlet - Carrot Milk - Ice Lemon Tea Hainanese Mutton Soup Kway Teow was superb ! My friend and J had a shock. The dish looked like nothing special but smell very fragrant (herbal smell). The mutton looked like they are dry and hard. But when we tried the kway teow, soup, and the meat, WOW! Delicious! We didnt have enough. Haha. (5/5 stars) Hainanese Kaya Toasts tasted so-so for us, maybe because we prefer the other kind of kaya (what we usually have in SG). The toasts were crispy and fragrant, but we felt the kaya not enough. We would prefer thicker kaya since the toasts were thick. (3.5/5 stars) Hainanese Chicken Cutlet tasted meh~ We don't like the overall taste of the sauce, plus it made the cutlet very soggy. (1/5 stars) Both drinks were good! Not overly sweet or thick. The Carrot Milk is actually carrot + soy milk, and the carrot taste is not strong! So for those who are afraid of the carror taste (like me), to try this drink! (5/5 stars) Overall, quite a good eating place with good atmosphere! Would recommend to visit this place to try the mutton soup noodles! Oh! The cream puffs and kaya gluttinous rice are only available on weekends! So sad that we didnt have a chance to try today~

Really cute and cosy café! Must try the Kaya French toast, really delicious! My partner had the full breakfast meal which was filling. Ambience is really lovely and vintage with records on the walls and old school music playing in the background. Great place for breakfast with plenty of variety!
